A growing infrastructure supported by fast, secure and reliable networks, offer new interoperable contactless city services for transport, payments, commerce, tourism and administrations, using the latest mobile technologies including NFC, BLE QR and pervasive cloud computing techniques.
Smart Cities are a part of the evolving Internet of Things (IoT), which will create tens of billions of new communicating objects and sensors, all generating real time data.
