Abstract
SECURE_X explores next-generation technologies and innovative methodologies to ensure security and resilience across 6G communication systems, quantum communications and risks around critical infrastructures from different approaches and proposing very innovative applications through very defined use cases (transportation, healthcare, sensors for industrial IoT and extended realitics with robotics). The project focuses on the convergence of artificial intelligence, information security, and physical protection to create an integrated approach for safeguarding future hyper-connected environments. By developing intelligent threat prediction models, secure-by-design architectures, and dynamic trust management frameworks, SECURE_X aims to strengthen system stability and reliability under both cyber and physical stressors. The research emphasizes proactive risk mitigation, cross-layer transparency, and adaptive resilience mechanisms capable of maintaining operational continuity even in the presence of complex and evolving threats. Ultimately, SECURE_X seeks to establish a secure, trustworthy, and sustainable foundation for the digital ecosystems of the 6G era.
